The Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics (OCCA) is a partnership between Wycliffe Hall and Ravi Zacharias International Ministries. This full-time post based at Wycliffe Hall, carries the prime responsibility of spearheading a core part of the academic curriculum in apologetics with particular focus on Christian witness in the contemporary world and Christian mission.

Maternity Cover Post
The Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics (OCCA) is a strategic partnership between Ravi Zacharias International Ministries (RZIM) and Wycliffe Hall, a Permanent Private Hall of Oxford University. Studying at the OCCA is a life transforming experience, combining effective evangelism with academic rigour.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the OCCA team. We are seeking to appoint a full-time Faculty Administrator to cover maternity leave.
Key roles and responsibilities
• Overseeing and administering the student admissions process
• Inducting and providing support to students
• Overseeing and managing the day to day operations and office schedule
• Providing administrative support to faculty members and director
• Developing office systems and provide documentation
• Financial administration including fees and payment of lecturers
• Meeting and greeting visiting lecturers
• Coordinating promotional events and support with marketing and publicity
• Taking an active part in the devotional life of the team.
You should be able to demonstrate an excellent level of organisational abilities. Dynamic and highly organised, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to contribute to the life and environment of a small team and a global ministry.
This is a full time role currently based at Wycliffe Hall. A copy of the job description is available on request. It is anticipated the appointment will be on a maternity cover contract beginning in May.
