During the summer holidays Wycliffe Hall welcomes residential conferences and one-day events. Our student rooms are vacated during the summer which enables us to offer accommodation from mid June to mid September.  We are located very near to the centre of Oxford and our buildings surround a secluded garden area.

Function Rooms

Our largest conference room seats 64 people. Two smaller lecture rooms can accommodate 50 and 25 people respectively.  Our chapel seats 100 people. We also have a range of smaller seminar rooms.

Accommodation

We have 49 bedrooms in total, 13 of which are doubles.  We also have two family rooms.

In addition, a well appointed two bedroom apartment is available for visiting academics two minutes walk from University Parks and 10 minutes walk from the centre of Oxford.

Catering

Our chef is ready to meet all your catering requirements with his excellent team of assistants.  So if it is an English breakfast or a three course dinner you are after, they are ready to chat through your requirements.

Wycliffe Hall is 10 minutes from the train and bus stations and within walking distance of the centre of Oxford.

Facilities

Computers in the library can be made available on request and all of our study bedrooms can be connected to the internet, although we need data about your laptops prior to your arrival before they can be connected to the University system.

A laundry room contains coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers are available and the laundry room is supplied with an irons.

Car parking is available in the College grounds, although large groups should check in advance about availability and the need for parking permits.
