From 1998 - 2005 she worked at the Bible College of New Zealand as the Director of its School of Global Mission.   In June 2005, she moved to UK with her family to work with CMS.  She manages the Crowther Centre for Mission Education at CMS and is the J V Taylor Fellow in Missiology based at Regent's Park College and Wycliffe Hall. She is married to Steve and they have three teenage children. She enjoys reading, walking, tennis, coffee, travel and watching the All Blacks.

Her current research interests are in the areas of contextual theology, hospitality and women in mission.  She is Associate Editor for the journal, Mission Studies and  is currently co-editing a book with Andrew Walls on the Five Marks of Mission due to be published in 2008.

I love learning more about the diversity of God's world and how we can engage in mission more  effectively so that people can come to know Jesus within their own culture and context.
